Jetson Counseling Offers Trauma Workshop

Unresolved emotional trauma is a strong obstacle to creating the inner peace and joy we deserve and want. It creates much internal stress, can prevent us from fulfilling our dreams and aspirations, and impacts every aspect of our lives. This trauma continues to create negative consequences until it is shared, validated, felt, and released.
